Black Friday Price Promise

Terms & conditions of our price promise

• It is your responsibility to make a price promise claim via email by using your order number to the following email address– sales@martindawes.com
• Excludes promotional offers and free gifts
• Refunds only apply to the exact model that you purchased
• Purchases that have been made using Finance, Klarna or another lender is not eligible for the Price Promise
• Eligible on purchases made between 5th November -4th December
• Claims must be submitted before midnight on Sunday 5th December 2021.
• Refunds for sales where a discount code was applied to reduce the purchase value will be refunded to the actual price you paid.
• Purchases made via 3rd Party Sites are not eligible for the price promise such as Amazon etc.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of making a claim
